Anyone facing a hearing in the Youth, Magistrates or Crown Courts or even the High Court or House of Lords should ensure that he or she has the right advice to hand. If you find yourself investigated by the police or have been summonsed or charged to court, you may be able to claim legal aid in certain circumstances.
