Using our service

When you sign up as members to TakeLegalAdvice.com, our Customer Service team will send you full details of how to set up and operate your account.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service and support, and at any time if you have a question or need support changing settings on the account, please do not hesitate to call us (0800 634 2560). Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30.

When you join as a member you will receive a username and password to set up your online account. You account consists of three parts:
1) Information on your firm
2) Your settings for matching to clients
3) Profile and Articles

1) and 2) can be set up when you log in to your account using the My Account link top right of the page. Setting up Profile and Article pages can be done by contacting our Editorial department. This is a valuable part of your account, providing your firm with additional areas on the site to detail examples of your work, profiles of your lawyers, and some of the cases won. All of this can be seen by users when you are matched to a case. Please call 0800 634 2560 once you are signed up and ask to speak to Editorial to discuss this area further.
