Prior to joining Rollingsons, Paul developed a career in the wholesale banking information technology systems industry. He worked as a technical consultant, business analyst, pre-sales consultant and product marketing manager throughout the world for major companies including Dow Jones and Misys.
 
Having obtained his law degree in 1995, Paul was re-acquainted with his interest in law when he served on a jury in 2001. Paul returned to university and completed his professional training with a south London firm of solicitors, and subsequently joined a prominent firm in Kent and Surrey.
